HOW TO GET STARTED
STEP 1
STARTING LINE
Get started by filling out the contact form. It will help me better understand your history and running goals. The more details you provide, the better I’ll understand your needs to create the plan that’s best for you.
STEP 2
INITIAL SCREEN
We’ll walk through your application to discuss any questions you may have. During training, calls are generally 30–45 minutes and can take place over the phone or via FaceTime or Zoom.
STEP 3
WELCOME ABOARD!
During your orientation, you’ll sign the waiver and release of liability, set up payment, and finalize any other questions, concerns, and expectations.
STEP 4
AND WE’RE OFF
Your first week of training, along with next steps and actions, is delivered via email.

Yes! Whether you are new to running, are returning after a break, or have decades of experience under your belt, a personalized training plan can help you reach your goals safely and smartly.

Aerobic cross training is included if it makes sense for you. If you are a lower mileage runner, are coming off an injury, are prone to injuries, or simply like cross training, we can certainly incorporate that type of work into your program.

I can provide basic sports nutrition, including pre- and post-race fueling, advice; however, I do not provide individualized nutrition guidance. If you are looking for that kind of service, or if weight loss is your ultimate goal, I recommend working with a sports nutritionist.

While the goal is always to avoid them, injuries (unfortunately) can happen. If you become injured, I will work with you to adjust your training to incorporate rest and cross training into your program. Should your injury be such that you will not be able to run/train for an extended period of time, we can pause your program until you are healthy and are ready to resume training again.
